There is no direct tube train from Heathrow to Perivale, You're best off getting a bus and then a train, far more direct and a lot faster.
Head to Heathrow Central Bus Station. (this is well signposted from all terminals)
Catch the no. 140 bus from stop 19 and get off at Northolt Underground Station. (takes about 45 minutes)
At Northolt get on a Central Line train towards Epping.
Get off at Perivale.
The whole journey should take about an hour.
The following site has a journey planner for all of the London Transport network in case you want to look at other options. http://www.tfl.gov.uk/
