hehe, i had the same problom/juss found your question trying to uninstall it myself/ try going to programs and it should appear there/ right click it and delete it to the recycle bin/ then go to the recycle bin and right click it again, and delete it permantly/ it might be a virus if it doesn't appear on listed programs in the control panel/ lets not make the same mistake again.

i have two small bamboos that have done great for me for several years now. i find them to be rather low maintenance. all i do is keep them near a window and water them when they are dry (when you can't see water on the rocks anymore). if your office doesn't have a window, the lighting should still be ok for it. i've never fertilized mine, and one has grown about a foot. never put them out in direct sunlight and leave them for a few days. i learned the hard way on that one. good luck!!

Don't know other makes or models, but my Nikon P80 sure allow me to do so.
